Using this site

The basics.

The Trailmark Studios website is provided for general information about the studio and its products. It does not currently offer accounts, payments, downloads, or playable releases.

Intellectual property. Website content, branding, product names, and product concepts belong to Trailmark Studios unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.

Information only. Product details, status labels, and timelines on this site are shared in good faith and may change as products evolve.

Product terms. Public accounts, payments, subscriptions, downloads, and playable releases will each be governed by their own terms presented at sign-up or purchase.
